Shawn has been singing and writing songs since he was 9 years old. He has sang with several bands over the years and performs with the Kentucky Opry at the Mountain Arts Center. He has also auditioned for The Voice and for American Idol. Being from Paintsville Kentucky, Shawn’s musical idol is Chris Stapleton. His biggest supporters are his wonderful Mom and Dad (who is an unbelievable songwriter as well…it must run in the family).
